Note - Renters must sign lease/rental agreement documents with the Property Management Company and provide driver's license copies to Property Management. Renters must comply with rules in the Residential lease/rental agreements.  Renters are not allowed on adjoining property and no hunting is allowed on the property or any of the surrounding property.  Any rentals involving greater than 12 persons on the property must be arranged with the Property Manager and may  incur extra costs.   No Single Day Event Rentals are allowed.  No "open" invitation parties are allowed.  The Property must be rented for 2 consecutive days or more with the renter staying as a Resident on property.  Contact Property Management / Landlord to discuss larger gatherings during residential rentals.
